Equal Education Opportunity

The purpose of this policy is to ensure that equal educational opportunity is provided for all students of the Minneapolis Public Schools District.

Procedures, Fact Finding, and Resulting Actions

The purpose of this regulation is to establish the Responsible Authority for receiving and to establish the process for making claims, conducting fact-finding and taking action in claims of unlawful discrimination.

Preferred Name

This regulation establishes how a student or the student's family may request the use of a preferred name and pronoun for the student for informal communications at school.
