The purpose of this regulation is to provide the direction needed to assure that school sites and the District are in compliance with the state and federal laws governing creation, collection, maintenance and dissemination of data on individuals.

This policy is to establish the rules by which parents may become enrolled to use the online Parent Portal access to student information and the limitations on District liability for information obtained by parent access.

The purpose of this regulation is to establish the general procedures for obtaining permission to display posters in a school building or at a district facility, and to supply definitions for terms pertaining to this regulation and Policy 1070 (Poster Display)

The purpose of this policy is to establish the criteria for display of non-school public information at district owned properties.

The purpose of this regulation is to establish the circumstances under which non-district sources may display publications for public use in non-school building District facilities.

The purpose of this Regulation is to establish directions for principals and site administrators for implementation of the public information display policy at their sites.

Establishes the policy regarding use of facilities, staff, students or resources for advertising or promoting the interests of any commercial, political or other non-school agency, individual or organization.
